One night deposit will be sent to: Paul Wudski, 37 Wordsworth Court, Mill Valley, California 94941. A receipt including check-in authorization will be provided. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Refunds within 30 day arrival window subject to re-rental (60 day policy applies to peak seasons).
